MENU ITEMS

The Pierz Freedom Fest Committee reserves the right to refuse booth space or limit items in order to minimize duplication. Please list ALL food items on your application. Be very specific. Once your application is accepted, any changes must be approved by the Pierz Freedom Fest Committee prior to the festival date. Vendor may not stop service before event ends.

NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES WORKING EACH NIGHT - MUST COMMIT TO BOTH DAYS (Setup 11AM to 2PM) (Serving 3PM to 12AM)

Please upload the following: 1. An image of your operations(display/tent/booth), 2. A copy of your current Minnesota Department of Health Special Event license. 3. Menu and pricing structure. 4. An Operators Certificate of Compliance or ST19 Tax Form.

5. A Certificate of Liability Insurance naming The Pierz Area Commercial Club as additionally insured as well as a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage per occurrence for general liability insurance.

2025 FEE - A Flat Entry Fee of $250 per vendor with no commission required.

*If you are selected to be a food vendor for this year's Pierz Freedom Fest, we will let you know on or before April 1st. Full payment will be due within 2 weeks. Payments can be mailed to The Pierz Area Commercial Club Attention PFF - PO BOX 3 Pierz MN 56364


*All Vendor's will be able to collect and accept cash or card payments, or which every payment is preferred. Sales tax will be the responsibility of the vendor.


*You must commit to both Friday & Saturday in order to apply for the event.


*You will receive communication with the Vendor Committee via email with instructions for the event.
